Allie grew up on Vancouver Island, where nature played a central role in shaping her outlook on life and wellness. After spending several years living and working as a cook in New Zealand and England, she returned with a deeper appreciation for community and holistic healing. She enjoys multi-day hikes with her partner, swimming in the ocean, and always has a creative project on the go.
