Arlee Ciaschini
Community Support Worker
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Arlee moved to Vancouver Island four years ago and is proud to now call it home. Cedars holds special meaning for her because addiction recovery and mental health have always been an important part of her life. Having grown up with parents who embraced a recovery lifestyle, she has seen firsthand the positive impact that recovery can have on individuals and families. Supporting others on their recovery journey is something she finds deeply meaningful and considers it a privilege to be part of.
Outside of Cedars, Arlee is a full-time Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student through Camosun College and the University of Victoria. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her role at Cedars and is a driving force behind her pursuit of a career in nursing.
