Before joining Cedars, Hudson worked in welding and fabrication with Pacific Industrial Marine. After deciding it was time for a career change, he was introduced to Cedars through a staff member, whom he met while playing pickleball. Learning about the organization's mission and the positive impact it has on people's lives inspired him to become part of the team, and he is grateful for the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way.

Outside of work, Hudson enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether he's playing pickleball, sea kayaking, or mushroom hunting, he appreciates every chance to explore nature and make the most of Vancouver Island's beautiful surroundings. He is excited to be part of the Cedars community and looks forward to learning, growing, and supporting others.
