Jennifer is passionate about the work we do. Her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation arises from working together as a team, engaging families and community. Driven by the guiding principle of love, she uses her personal and professional experience, passion and expertise as the motivation for all she does.
Jennifer is a loving wife to Paul and mother to two young adults Chris and Sara. While new to Vancouver Island, Jennifer is no stranger to island life having grown up on the east coast. Island beginnings have her seeking new roots for this chapter of her story. It’s likely those island roots are strong contributors to her wicked sense of humor and big heart. She is a loyal and loving friend to many with a deep commitment to her recovery and recovery community – soon to be coast to coast!
When not at work, Jennifer can be found fostering her second love and creative side through singing. She is a long-term member of chorus group (which has won national contests!) and in more recent years also joined a quartet where she was able to shine as their bass. Whether singing with the big chorus or quartet, she loves the challenge of learning new music, bringing joy to others and a bit of friendly competition! She is a lover of a good movie, a good book and shopping (especially for shoes!).
