Jillian was born and raised in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. At 22, she welcomed her son into the world and soon after earned her certification in Cosmetology. In 2021, she returned to post-secondary studies, completing her certification in Mental Health and Addictions Support Work at Vancouver Island University. She later advanced into the Social Services program, earning her diploma, and plans to complete her undergraduate degree in Social Work in the coming years.

Driven by a lifelong passion for supporting others, Jillian has found her work to be both transformative and deeply rewarding, fostering personal growth while enriching her life.

Despite the demands of her many roles, she still makes time to explore the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. These moments in nature provide her with a sense of holistic balance, nurturing her physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
