Jim has been a Registered Care Aide for more than six years, with experience working in long-term care, Island Health, and privately operated care facilities. Throughout his career, he has supported individuals with a wide range of abilities and has found great fulfillment in learning how to provide compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each individual's needs.
