Katrina Dearborn is a wife, proud mom of four, and lifelong athlete with an unshakable passion for fitness. A former Division 1 soccer player, Katrina has always lived an active lifestyle, turning her love of movement into a career dedicated to helping others find strength and confidence in their own bodies.

Over the past several years, she has built a thriving coaching practice grounded in knowledge, experience, and empathy. Katrina is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her well-rounded expertise allows her to train individuals of all levels—from beginners to athletes—while prioritizing proper form, injury prevention, and mindset.

Katrina understands the demands of busy life and brings a realistic, encouraging approach to fitness. Her mission is to help people feel strong, empowered, and capable—both in and out of the gym.
