Kristen is Cedars’ Clinical Coordinator, keeping schedules and systems organized so the clinical team can focus on patient care. Before joining Cedars, she built a career in hospitality in Banff and Lake Louise, working in hotels and resorts before deciding she wanted a deeper, more meaningful career. After moving to Vancouver Island, she was recruited by Cedars after posting her resume online - and quickly realized Cedars was the right fit. Kristen brings a unique mix of organizational skill, hospitality instincts, and heart to her work. Fun fact: Kristen describes herself as still being “new to the Island” and admits she’s wide-eyed with excitement at this next chapter - she’s as eager to explore the community as she is to settle into her new role.
