Matthew brings many years of experience in the food service industry to the Cedars Culinary team. He was inspired to join Cedars after hearing from friends about its supportive, rewarding, and welcoming environment. A longtime resident of the Cowichan Valley, Matthew enjoys creating music and art in his spare time.
