Omni Skye is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Master Practitioner, and Complex Trauma Level II trained clinician with extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, addiction, grief, mental health challenges, codependency, and adverse life experiences.

Prior to entering the counselling profession, Omni spent decades serving in the Canadian Armed Forces, first responder environments, and public service leadership roles. These experiences provided a deep understanding of resilience, crisis response, and the profound impact unresolved trauma can have on individuals, families, and communities.

Throughout her counselling career, Omni has worked within treatment and recovery settings, supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, concurrent mental health concerns, substance use disorders, grief, and emotional distress. As an ART Trauma Specialist, she is passionate about helping individuals find meaningful relief from burdens that may have been carried for years, often supporting significant shifts in emotional well-being through evidence-based trauma treatment.

Omni’s approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in emotional safety, dignity, and respect. She believes healing occurs when individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to reconnect with their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.

Drawing upon her training, lived experience, mindfulness practices, and commitment to authentic human connection, Omni strives to create a supportive environment where healing can unfold at a pace that honours each individual’s unique journey.
