Sheila brings over a decade of compassion, empathy, and positivity to her role at Cedars. A proud member of our recovery community, Sheila draws from her own long-term recovery journey, using her personal and professional experience to inspire hope and growth in others.

Born and raised in Cobble Hill, Sheila has deep roots in the local community and finds joy in the everyday connections she makes with patients. She is especially passionate about witnessing the transformation that takes place during the recovery process and is dedicated to walking alongside others as they heal.

Outside of work, Sheila loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, gardening, enjoying the Island’s beaches and sunshine, and exploring all that the island has to offer!
